Manis Community Care is a family owned company founded in 2021 that has established a reputation for quality and excellence in providing professional in-home Community care.
Lowreen saw a niche in the market for a quality private homecare agency, providing one-to-one care for those who want to remain in their own homes. The company is run by director Lowreen, with partner Ashwin contributing in a consulting capacity. Ashwin shares the same passion for providing the best in-home care and is committed to providing a professional service. Working for many years in the residential aged care sector and as a nurse allowed Lowreen to gain invaluable insight and experience in the aged care industry, as well as matching the right supoort worker with each client in the community.
At Manis Community Care, we regularly receive recommendations and referrals from Doctors, Hospices and Health Professionals, as well as the personal recommendations of our clients’ families.
We know our staff are our most important asset. By supporting and valuing them, we retain a team of highly professional and compassionate support workers.

Lowreen Mani
GENERAL MANAGER
Lowreen started com in 2015, becoming an integral part of the family business and working closely with in all aspects of the agency. During this time, Aimee honed her skills and picked up valuable insight to the aged care industry.
With a diverse career, including running a couple of Rest Homes and Retirement Villa in New Zealand. Lowreen brings her skills, kindness and compassion to Manis Community Care as role of General Manager.
Outside of work, Lowreen spends time playing netball and empires weekend netball .
Ashwin Mani
Business Consultant
Ashwin joined us in September 2020, bringing his experience as a business consultant to the company. Ashwin works closely with Lowreen and the care teams in the field, as well as managing our client.

SCHEDULING
Ashleen joined Manis Community Care and has the huge task of putting together our weekly rosters. Ashleen worked in Rest Homes and Retirement Villas after completing her studies
Ethan Mani
ADMINISTRATION
Ethan handles all our invoicing and payroll, as well as providing administrative support to the office. Ethan’s efficiency is second-to-none and keeps our office ticking over.
Ethan enjoys playing soccer in his spare time and likes motoring sports.
